Summit
The following poem had been inspired by the movie Everest as in Mount Everest in the Himalayas, which is located at the border between Nepal and Tibet.
Mount
Mount
Go ahead climb Mount Everest; even so it looks daunting,
Will o’the wisp—moving mountains—some fall ill,
defervesce,
You could fall in the tumble of the avalanche,
You say it is unlikely for someone as petite toe-dancing,
Clinch such bid and crack it to come out crowning,
But I say any man can as long as they have dash, panache,
So no dread of torrential ice and storms, how does yours
seiche,
Blizzard that come down hard gusto and blustering,
Not a battle against nature but a test of one’s will,
I shall trek up the turf of this superb site,
Until I trudge and climb against all hobbling odds,
Let the snow fall in raging torrential highs,
I fear you not for I defy til I drink to fill,
I persist til I reach the summit on my tod.
