Niagara Falls, Here and Now
Niagara Falls, Canadian view |
On my trip to Niagara Falls (Canada), I got a different view of the waterfall as a thirty-something-year-old. The waterfall was once captured through a young wide-eyed girl's vision; nonetheless the magical visionary effects has inevitably worn down with age. A sightly view in the night — colorful lights cast on the waterfall — a romantic escape indeed with your partner.
Niagara Falls, Here and Now
It’s at nature’s wonder been for a lifetime,
Waterfalls chute in a thousand storms,
Then subsides on an even plane—plop wide,
At precipice — it slams, swoops, zooms,
Cheer it on as it spins a powerful vortex,
Cascading down like an avalanche —blast, pest,
Clouds of rain showers and hazy mists at site,
Out of celestial opus —an ancient relic to prize,
Waterfall pounces to bed in a fly,
Splash—here, everywhere—take in for a sight,
Clouds—of rainwater, hazy mists—so white,
Sight of godly crop size,
Mecca to come—it's how it forms.
