R&B, Hip Hop, Rap - "Get On Up (Get Your Flow)"

    

Check out da hip-hop, da R&B, da rap-beat I wrote from da movie, Honey from years back, 2003.  Honey stars Jessica Alba, holler girl, yo may have seen her dancin' with da actor Mickey Rourke in Sin City.  Baby girl dances more.  The words I used in this hip-hop, rap beat are used in the movie 'n da commentary.  Word 'flow,' is used in hip-hop and have been used in rap by JaRule, Jay-Z, and 50 Cent.  I take 'flow' as a good thang.  Spanish words are in da rap but I have not learned the language .  During the actor/director commentary, Jessica said 'Shut up,' when the director pointed out her scenes.  I used that in da rap *dope.*  

The Spanish word for 'get up,' is Levantate.  In the movie, Jessica's friend comes into her room on a Sunday and tells her to 'get up,' (levantate) which inspired the title of this hip-hop, rap shit I made up.  Rap is in italics and the rest in hip hop, R&B is in regular font.
